Ángel Juliá

Hola, soy Ángel Juliá, socio fundador de ARENA Property Shop. Llevo un recorrido de 22 años como empresario, con una experiencia de 6 años en el sector inmobiliario.

En el año 2020 junto a mi socia tomamos la decisión y nos propusimos el reto de hacer un cambio total de la empresa para reinventamos y crear una nueva marca. 

Sin complejos con las ideas claras y mucha ilusión nos pusimos a desarrollar en pleno confinamiento un plan de empresa, de nuestro esfuerzo y trabajo nació la marca ARENA Property Shop. Dos años después seguimos muy comprometidos y con los niveles muy altos de energía e ilusión.

En continuo crecimiento con formación constante, aportando al equipo herramientas de nuevas tecnologías, adaptándonos a los nuevos tiempos y las exigencias del mercado. 

Estoy encantado de las muestras de cariño y satisfacción de nuestros clientes en el camino recorrido, de este extraordinario universo del sector inmobiliario.

Ángeles Barbero Carmona

La vida es una aventura y estoy comprometida con que este recorrido resulte apasionante y maravilloso. Por eso preparo mi equipaje con lo necesario para disfrutar de la mejor experiencia.  No escatimo en recursos pero sé que a veces pasaré por el desierto así que llevo mi cantimplora también. 

Desde este punto del trayecto, mi álbum de fotos refleja varios años de experiencia en el sector inmobiliario desde la mirada de la inversión al asesoramiento comercial. Por el camino he tenido la suerte de encontrar muy buenos compañeros de viaje, como mi socio, con quien compartir ideas y sueños y hacer más fácil la travesía para ponerlos en práctica; y un fabuloso equipo ilusionado por crecer juntos y conseguir objetivos comunes. 

Avanzando con la mirada puesta en el horizonte y poniendo el rumbo hacia la excelencia en la gestión inmobiliaria.

¡Hola! Soy Nancy Santana, cuento con una amplia experiencia en el sector inmobiliario, como asesora de ARENA Property Shop. Me encanta poder ayudar a nuestros clientes a encontrar propiedades, para comprar, vender o alquilar.

Asesorarles de la mejor manera posible, me considero una persona empática, cercana y con una atención personalizada, con una buena gestión, con valores para poner a todos mis clientes en primer lugar.

Estudie en Caracas, administración y finanzas, trabaje mas de 15 años en sector bancario y 5 años en el sector de restauración.

Marcela Cussino Girald

Hola, soy Marcela, asesora inmobiliaria y   formo parte del equipo de ventas de Arena Property Shop. 

Tengo doble grado en Lengua Inglesa y amplia experiencia en gestión de convenios, intermediación de contratos mercantiles y negociación. Me he especializado en técnicas de ventas y marketing. 

Soy una persona comprometida con mi trabajo, entregada y luchadora.  No me rindo nunca y siempre deseo dejar un buen recuerdo en mis clientes, tanto compradores como vendedores, a través del trato y asesoramiento que ofrezco.

 Me gusta ser rigurosa y transparente a la hora de trasladar las condiciones de ambas partes y hacerlo siempre con una sonrisa. 

Me agrada cerrar operaciones con eficacia y dentro de un marco cordial entre las partes, algo fundamental en nuestro trabajo.

Mª Teresa Sánchez Moruno

Me llamo Mª Teresa Sánchez Moruno, llegué a Arena Property Shop, después de una larga carrera de 30 años como empresaria. El mundo inmobiliario siempre me apasionó, y por fin, ahora, me siento realizada haciendo lo que me gusta, y compartiéndolo con este gran equipo que hemos formado juntos.

Hola soy María, asesora inmobiliaria de ARENA Property Shop. trabajo en un mundo maravilloso, dónde contacto directo con los clientes y el trato personalizado es mi fuerte.

Profesional con más de 31 años de experiencia laboral, en el trato personalizado de cara al público y puestos administrativos, desde la recepción en un complejo residencial, a unos años de experiencia como empresaria, sumando una extensa experiencia como administrativa en el Ayuntamiento de Granadilla de Abona y de San Miguel de Abona, en el área de Servicios Sociales, como administrativa en la concejalía de cultura, juventud y fiestas han sido la mejor escuela que la vida me ha podido prestar.

Espero formar parte de sus vidas también, y que cuándo estén disfrutando de aquella propiedad que tuve el privilegio de hacerle llegar, asomé una ligera sonrisa en su rostro, en recuerdo de nuestro trabajo.

I studied administration and finance in Caracas, worked more than 15 years in the banking sector and 5 years in the restaurant industry.

Hello I am Yolanda Albán real estate consultant of ARENA Property Shop Professional with more than 15 years of more than 15 years of experience in the areas of administration, marketing, advertising among others.

My work consists in the acquisition, visit, valuation, marketing plan, qualification, negotiation and everything related to the advice to clients for the purchase, transfer or rental of real estate.
